life as it is

life is just like a Roller-coaster
life is full of obstacles
life is full with ups and downs,
someday it may be good, someday it may be bad
it is like the waves, it has its high and low tides
but that is life

Everytime you fall, you stumble upon a rock,
you pick yourself up, because it will only make you stronger

the challenge is not to stand up on your own
but it is to keep standing even when you're worn out
and when you know that it's literally impossible to do so.

One day at a time--It is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering
